Murder Attempt Update

Two significant things on the Terri Schiavo case:
1) An emergency stay has been granted, keeping the feeding tube in place until 5 p.m. Wednesday so her parents can file more legal motions.
2) On Catholic Answers Live today, Mary Jane Owen reported that Terri can swallow, she simply has a low-budget, gravity-driven feeding tube because her husband didn't want the hospital staff to feed her orally.

Maybe we should claim without any scientific evidence that California state funded embryonic stem cell research might one day cure Terri of her brian damage.
Surely they'd spare her life then!
