A Note Of Thanks

by Jimmy Akin on October 13, 2006

in Internet

I just wanted to put up a note of thanks to all those who sent in Bible-related questions after my recent invitation for them–as well as those sending in questions on other topics.

So many folks responded that it’s taking me some time to work through the questions that were sent in, but I wanted to let you know that I’m still working on them and will let you know before your question goes up on the site.

Muchas gracias, mis amigos!

Hey, Jimmy didn't respond to my email either! Whassup with that? Is there a "Jimmy Akin rejected me" club out there that I can join?
JR and Esau, I think we should have buttons made.
Although...simply speaking for myself you understand...perhaps (like Wayne and Garth) my question wasn't worthy. Perhaps it was Jimmy's ingrained Southern politeness that kept him from saying, "What a dumb question!"
Hmmmm...but JR and Esau both tend to be S-M-R-T on this blog, so maybe it isn't that my question was dumb.
Ohmigosh, JIMMY WHICH IS IT? WAS MY QUESTION DUMB OR ARE YOU JUST BUSY!?!?!?!
Sincerely,
Mary

"Jimmy never responds to my emails :-(. Then again I've only sent him a couple."
He hasn't responded to mine either, but, then again, Jimmy is a busy man!

Jimmy never responds to my emails :-(. Then again I've only sent him a couple.
Because of that I'll ask this here in hopes of getting a response. What happened to Michelle Arnold? I just noticed she's not on the JA.O bloggers list any more.

¡Gracias Benedict y Buzz! Tu es muy smarto!

And, Jimmy, ALT+0161 will give you the "upside-down" exclamation point ("¡") that should begin your sentence.
¡Muchas gracias, mis amigos!
"You'll thank me later." ;-)

No. Since the noun is plural, the possessive is mis.

"Muchas gracias, mis amigos!" Mis, Mis, Mis????
shouldn't that be just "mi"??? ;-)
Maybe I'm wrong, but anyways, thanks for your hard work on this blog Jimmy, you are helping so many people out there! Thank the Lord! Keep it up brother---I mean hermano! Muchas gracias!

And we, Jimmy, want to thank you for always being willing to answer our questions and for always providing such clear and well-thought out answers when you do.
