British Scientists Create 150 Animal-Human Hybrids in Secret

Y'know… just because they can.
GET THE STORY.

Author: Jimmy Akin

Jimmy was born in Texas, grew up nominally Protestant, but at age 20 experienced a profound conversion to Christ. Planning on becoming a Protestant seminary professor, he started an intensive study of the Bible. But the more he immersed himself in Scripture the more he found to support the Catholic faith, and in 1992 he entered the Catholic Church. His conversion story, "A Triumph and a Tragedy," is published in Surprised by Truth. Besides being an author, Jimmy is the Senior Apologist at Catholic Answers, a contributing editor to Catholic Answers Magazine, and a weekly guest on "Catholic Answers Live."

  1. Traditionally, the male research bosses have pressured their female research interns of college age to become egg donors. ‘Cause it’s for science, so it’s totally okay to exploit your workforce and make them think you’re doing them a favor by letting them help. And if they get sick from complications, they can always get more free interns.

  2. Yes, I read that’s what happened with the female colleagues of the cloning researcher(can’t remember his name) in South Korea,(who never did successfully make a cloned human embryo that was able to survive past a few days).

  3. +JMJ+ Reminds me of a line from “Jurassic Park.” “Your scientists have been so excited thinking that they could, they never stopped to think if they should!”

  4. Do scientists ever watch movies!? We need to start forcing them to, or else we’re gonna end up with a zombie apocalypse on our hands.

  5. Or this line from the Rush song “Natural Science”:
Science, like nature, must also be tamed
With a view towards its preservation
