Good news, bad news

Like much of San Diego, I'm without power. That's the bad news. The good news is that I'm home — I'm off the plane where I was stranded on the tarmac earlier today — and I'm fine, though I'm staying offline as much as possible to save my batteries. I'll keep you posted as warranted and possible. Thanks.

Author: Jimmy Akin

Jimmy was born in Texas, grew up nominally Protestant, but at age 20 experienced a profound conversion to Christ. Planning on becoming a Protestant seminary professor, he started an intensive study of the Bible. But the more he immersed himself in Scripture the more he found to support the Catholic faith, and in 1992 he entered the Catholic Church. His conversion story, "A Triumph and a Tragedy," is published in Surprised by Truth. Besides being an author, Jimmy is the Senior Apologist at Catholic Answers, a contributing editor to Catholic Answers Magazine, and a weekly guest on "Catholic Answers Live."

  1. We do a lot of work with our healthcare and well-being clients to help them better differentiate their brands and their products. Typically, we look at both competitive and customer analysis around brand perceptions. I am always fascinated by the results, as are our clients.
